<p>The bin has a body provided with an orifice (4a) on which a rigid axle (3) is inserted, where the rigid axle is placed at a lower end of the body. A side wheel is mounted movably in rotation at each end of the axle. Solicitation units exert a force (F) on the axle, perpendicular to a direction of the axle, and are placed such that the axle is pressed without clearance by the force on an interior zone of the orifice. The solicitation units are constituted by a spring element (7) e.g. steel spring, placed on the body, where the spring element is made of spring steel or steel wire.</p> |
