A system and a method for automatically correcting length deviation of semi-finished products are provided to cut the semi-finished products to proper length by comparing measured lengths of the semi-finished products with a designated reference value of the semi-finished products. A system for automatically correcting length deviation of semi-finished products comprises: a conveyor part including a first conveyor part(100) and a second conveyor part(110) moving PA(Part Assembly) semi-finished products(180); a servo motor(130) controlling the operation of the conveyor part; a cutter(120) cutting the PA semi-finished products; a sensor part including a first sensor(140) and a second sensor(150) positioned above the conveyor part to measure positions of the PA semi-finished products; an encoder(160) measuring lengths of the PA semi-finished products according to the positions of the PA semi-finished products measured by the sensor part; and a control part(170) controlling the servo motor by comparing the lengths of the PA semi-finished products measured by the encoder with the reference value.
