The invention relates to a method for establishing a list of neighbouring cells for a mobile station in a mobile radiocommunication cellular system. The inventive method is essentially characterised in that, said system comprising a plurality of distinct networks, the list is an optimised list which is established in the access network of the server network of the mobile station on the basis of a list of networks authorised for said mobile station which is received from the core network of said server network.
