A vehicle state alarm device using an emblem is provided to prevent previously an accident such as damage of a vehicle and theft by informing rapidly an emergency state to a driver. An emblem configuration unit(10) includes a housing having a transparent window and a plurality of illumination units installed in the inside of the housing. A vehicle signal input unit(20) receives a vehicle state signal and outputs the vehicle state signal to the outside. A control unit(30) outputs a control signal in order to control colors and flickering periods of the illumination units of the emblem configuration unit. An illumination control circuit unit(40) controls the colors and the flickering periods of the illumination units of the emblem configuration unit. A power supply unit(50) supplies driving power to each of units.
