A REFRIGERATOR FOR MAINTAINING THE FRESHNESS OF SLICED RAW FISH

A refrigerator for keeping the freshness of sliced raw fish is provided to prevent the decomposition of sliced raw fish in a receiving part by sensing the concentration of CO2 in the receiving part during maturation. A refrigerant circulating part(3) cools the inside of a receiving part(2) which receives sliced raw fish and has a cover. A UV processing part(4) sterilizes the sliced raw fish. A CO2 sensing part(5) senses the concentration of CO2 generated in the process of maturation of the sliced raw fish. A temperature sensing part(7) senses the temperature of the receiving art in real time. A warning part(6) generates warning messages when the maturation is finished or the CO2 concentration is higher than a reference level. A control part(8) controls the refrigerant circulating part and the warning part according to output signals of the sensing parts.
