Method for evaluation of damaging of surface layer of construction by means of scanning system that includes block for information processing and galvanically connected to it working element that includes operations of contact of working element with surface of element of construction and its displacement over surface of construction under investigation, registration with block of information processing current data by which one evaluates damaging of surface layer of construction element. As working element one uses resonator of torsional vibrations.
