WATER CONTROL VALVE SYSTEM

A water controlling valve is provided to manipulate a control cap only if a user covers a control cap on a cap of a valve and insert an operating fixture into the valve, thereby preventing malfunction of the valve. A water controlling valve comprises a control cap and an operating fixture. A box located below the control cap is fixed by being covered on a cap of a valve. A fitting groove is positioned above the control cap. A cap(50) located above the operating fixture is fixed by being inserted into the box of the valve. A combining projection inserted into the fitting groove is formed below the operating fixture.
