A water chiller/heater is provided to simplify structure thereof by cooling a cold water tub and a beverage box by a single cooling coil without using any additional cooling units. A cooling plate(131) is mounted to a rear surface of a beverage box(130) which receives a pouch for receiving a beverage. A first cooling coil(171) is folded by a plurality of times and fixed to a rear surface of the cooling plate in close contact. A second cooling coil(172) is wound outside a cold water tub(110) by a plurality of times.
