摘要 FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nonferrous metallurgy field, particularly to thermal treatment of half-finished products and details made of aluminium alloys Al-Zn-Mg-Cu-Zr, used in the capacity of constructional material for force-summing element in aerospace industry, and also in transportation equipment. It is implemented hardening and artificial three-stage aging, at which at the first stage it is implemented low-temperature heating at temperature 110-125C with isolation during 1-12 hours, at the second stage - short-term heating with increased temperature 150-168C with following regulated accelerated cooling up to the temperature 30-40C at a rate no at least 0.5C/min, at the third stage it is implemented low-temperature heating at temperature 70-90C, providing emission of additional fine strengthening phases from supersaturated solid solution. ^ EFFECT: receiving of products, allowing high strength properties and increased fatigue resistance at high level of corrosion resistance, that provides increasing of weight efficiency and products' useful life. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl, 1 ex
