The multi-purpose construction facility is made in the form of a building with multilevel floors, it comprises preferably at least three above-ground floors and a basement and includes a foundation, bearing structures and walling, and also a roof, at least one stair unit and/or stair and elevator unit, utility systems and networks. ^ EFFECT: increased cost-effectiveness of the multi-purpose construction facility operation achieved due to combining the seaquarium with the multi-purpose shopping and entertainment facility. ^ 16 cl, 21 dwg |
