<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forgery preventing slip in which a latent image and the background printed on the slip are made difficult to identify by the eyes and in which, if copied, the latent image is clearly revealed. <P>SOLUTION: In the forgery preventing slip 1, a latent image 3 is printed by one type, either a line pattern easily reproduced in copying or dots hard to be reproduced in copying, and the background 4 is printed by the other. In one side edge or both side edges in the line width direction of each line 5 constituting the line pattern, there are formed a plurality of extended projections 6 protruding along the line width direction, and longitudinally along the line 5. As a result, if the forgery preventing slip 1 is copied, a gap between respective extended projections 6 is buried by the reproduction characteristic of a copying machine, with the line width of each line 5 expanded that constitutes the line pattern. Accordingly, without degrading non-visual recognition of the latent image 3, in the event of the copying, the latent image 3 can be clearly revealed by the line width expansion of the line pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
