<p>The instant invention provides methods and compositions for the production and use of pluripotent stem-like cells from somatic cells, e.g., fibroblasts. The somatic cells are cultured in the presence of arachidonic acid and serum albumin and optionally other cell factors and molecules to enable the somatic cells to dedifferentiate into stem-like cells.</p> |
