<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring method of heat hysteresis which does not affect operation, property, and performance of the components or parts that are to be subjected to heat hysteresis, and which is capable of nondestructively measuring with accuracy and ease the highest heat hysteresis temperature which the components or parts are subjected to during their operation. <P>SOLUTION: The measuring method of heat hysteresis includes placing at a measuring part of a body to be measured a heat hysteresis measuring part comprising amorphous carbon hydride, subjecting the body to heat hysteresis, and determining the highest heat hysteresis temperature of the body based on the variation in G band shift measured by Raman spectroscopic analysis for the amorphous carbon hydride in the heat hysteresis measuring part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
