PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic having excellent rub resistance, water resistance and oil resistance and high make-up lasting properties, in particular, high preventing effects for uneven dispersion of cosmetic. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises (A) a fluorine-modified silicone represented by general formula (1) (wherein, Rf is a 1-20C perfluoroalkyl group; R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>, R<SP>5</SP>, R<SP>6</SP>, R<SP>7</SP>and R<SP>8</SP>represent each a substituent; and m, n, p, q and r represent each an integer) and (B) a silicone oil having 10,000-3,000,000 mPa s viscosity at 25°C or a modified silicone obtained from the silicone oil as a raw material.
