PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish float seaplanes (semi-boat seaplane or the like) having air resistance as small as possible (meaning good fuel economy) by appropriately newly creating or altering single or double float parts of the float seaplanes with (extremely) insufficient fuel-economy at the present circumstance, and to further popularize the same seaplanes. SOLUTION: During flight of the same seaplane, the hard float exclusively becoming an excessive article is locally softened while sufficiently retaining strength and performance. At any time, in the case of flight, while the (partially) softened float is shiftically contracted (stored), the air resistance is eliminated as much as possible and the fuel-economy efficiency is enhanced.
