<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device capable of displaying information of the screen as a whole, without making it hard to view the display content. <P>SOLUTION: The image display device is capable of moving an image display position on the screen, wherein when the image display position is moved, only a portion which is not displayed on a screen area is compressed and displayed within the screen area.
