PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein actuators for driving a shift lens for correcting an image blur and a position sensor interfere with each other. SOLUTION: The image blur device is used with a configuration that includes: the actuators 101 and 102 for driving an optical axis changing part that changes the optical axis of a photographic lens as required; and displacement detecting parts 107 and 108 that detect an amount of displacement of the optical axis caused by the optical axis changing part 104 driven by the actuators. on the basis of an angle velocity detected by an angle velocity detecting section 110 that detects an angle velocity added externally, and an amount of displacement detected by the displacement detecting parts 107 and 108, the image blur correction device calculates amounts of drive for the actuators 101 and 102. When these amounts of the actuators 101 and 102 are calculated, a lens control section 120 calculates an amount of drive in which the effect on the displacement detecting parts 107 and 108 is corrected.
