<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sintered ferrite most suitable to an inductor and transformer, satisfying all of high specific resistance, high initial magnetic permeability and high saturation magnetic flux density. <P>SOLUTION: This sintered ferrite comprises 0.75-3 mass%, in outer percentage, of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>to 100 mass% of a material expressed by compositional formula: (1-x-y-z)(Li<SB>0.5</SB>Fe<SB>0.5</SB>)O-xZnO-y(Mn,Fe)<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-zCuO, wherein x, y, z and a satisfy the relations: a=Mn/(Mn+Fe); 0.18≤x≤0.24; 0.475≤y<0.5; 0.005≤z≤0.03; and 0≤a≤0.03, and satisfies ≥10<SP>6</SP>Ωm specific resistance, ≥300 initial magnetic permeability and ≥380 mT saturation magnetic flux density. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
