A defogging control method of a vehicle air conditioner is provided to prevent the generation of fog from a windshield by controlling a mode door, an intake door and an air conditioner automatically according to rain sensing. A defogging control method of a vehicle air conditioner includes the steps of counting a raining time while a mode door, an intake door and an air conditioner are under normal control according to an automatic air conditioning mode(S120), continuing the normal control if the raining time is not exceed a first set time(S144), and controlling the mode door in a mix mode(130,132), the intake door in an atmospheric air mode, and the air conditioner normally in an automatic mode if the raining time exceeds the first set time but not exceeds a second set time(S140,S142).
