PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output control device capable of reducing a chip size and achieving cost reduction.

SOLUTION: The output control device 1 is provided with: a switching transistor 3 for controlling an output voltage by controlling a time ratio of ON/OFF; and a control IC4 for controlling the time ratio of ON/OFF of the switching transistor 3 on the basis of the output voltage controlled by the switching transistor 3, wherein the switching transistor 3 is composed of a lateral power MOSFET.
