PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support bed connecting unit, easily parting a connecting band connecting support beds to each other without a tool by hand, so that the space between the support beds can be easily adjusted. SOLUTION: This support bed connecting unit 40 includes: a plurality of support beds 12 supporting a panel member 8 used for a free access floor 2; and the connecting band 42 connecting the lower end parts 20 of the support beds 12 to hold the space between the support beds 12. The connecting band 42 has a parting slit part for parting the connecting band 42 at predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction. The connecting band connecting the support beds to each other can be easily parted by hand without a tool, so that the space between the support beds can be easily adjusted.
