A method of optimizing drilling in real-time by collecting real-time data from a first segment of a bit run, inputting the real-time data into a real-time optimization system, the real-time optimization system having at least one artificial neural network, analyzing the real-time data from the first segment with the real-time drilling optimization system and then determining optimal drilling parameters for a second segment of the bit run using the analyzed real-time data. |
