The device has a reservoir (1) storing aqueous solution i.e. water, and a pump (3) connected to the reservoir. A control element (5) and an atomizer (2) are connected to the pump. The element is configured in a manner to control the pump and set spraying frequency and spraying time, and is supplied with power by a rechargeable battery (4). The atomizer is mounted on an adjustable arm (16) and has an individual valve (17) that controls circulation of the solution from the sprayer.
