A frame specifying method is provided to specify a frame as a processing object among a video according to an instruction of a user. A video is reproduced. If an operation for indicating processing for a partial scene of the video is performed by a user, an instruction signal corresponding to the user operation is received. A frame during reproduction or a frame, far from the frame during reproduction as much as predetermined time, among frame configuring the video are specified as a processing operation part(12) when receiving the instruction signal. |
