A steel column for an SRC column pre-assembled with a reinforcing bar and a construction method of a steel structure using the same are provided to prevent an accident by an aerial work and to improve the construction precision of a reinforcing bar by constructing a steel column by manufacturing a steel column by pre-assembling a main reinforcing bar and a tie bar to an H-beam. A construction method of a steel structure using a steel column for an SRC column pre-assembled with a reinforcing bar comprises the steps of settling an H-beam(100) welded with a gusset plate for joining a steel beam on the upper part of a worktable above the ground and installing a plurality of connecting bars(140) at regular intervals along the longitudinal direction of the H-beam, pre-assembling a main reinforcing bar(160) to each corner of the connecting bar and winding up the main reinforcing bar with a tie bar(170) to complete a steel column(200) for an SRC column, installing the steel column perpendicularly to each column, and installing a steel beam horizontally to the steel column.
