PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid injection method, a fluid injection device and an internal combustion engine capable of injecting fluid in a gasified state including almost no droplets. SOLUTION: This method is for injecting the fluid while changing the phase from a liquid state to a gas state. An isobaric specific heat per volume [Cp/V] of the fluid goes through a temperature-pressure condition (i) realizing an equality [Cp/V]=[Cp/V]L ... (1) (where Cp denotes isobaric specific heat of the fluid, V denotes volume of the fluid and [Cp/V]L denotes isobaric specific heat per volume of the fluid in the liquid state) to a temperature-pressure condition (ii) realizing an equality [Cp/V]=[Cp/V]J ... (2) (where [Cp/V]J denotes isobaric specific heat per volume of the fluid at timing of injection and is included in a temperature-pressure region extending in close proximity to a high-temperature side of a temperature-pressure region corresponding to a temperature-pressure condition (iii) that satisfies [Cp/V]C having a value greater than [Cp/V]L, and [Cp/V]L is larger than [Cp/V]J).
