摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-supply sequence measurement device and a power-supply sequence measurement method that allow anyone to easily and quickly execute an observation of a power supply sequence with a system having a simplified configuration without using an oscilloscope, which requires a large-scale device and environment and enormous efforts regarding all aspects of a controller for a device having a plurality of voltage systems. <P>SOLUTION: The power-supply sequence measurement device is composed of an analog switch 3, an ADC 4, a CPU 6 having sequence information (a ROM corresponding to a storage means) 7, an LCD or the like 5, and a data storage memory (a RAM) 8. The analog switch 3 repeats switching of analog input from a CTL 2. The ADC 4 executes A/D conversion to an analog input selected by the analog switch 3 so as to send it to the CPU 6. Therefore, an A/D converter for each measurement target is not required. Accordingly, it is possible to reduce the number of A/D converters in order to simplify a configuration for executing an observation of a power supply sequence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
