摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow control expansion valve closable when air conditioning control on the rear side is not performed and more inexpensive than a solenoid valve integrated type temperature expansion valve. SOLUTION: A valve element 29 arranged on the downstream side of a valve seat 28 and a cylindrical pressure receiving member 33 having an effective pressure receiving area approximately equal to that of the valve element 29 are jointed to each other by a valve shaft 32, and high pressure supplied to a high-pressure refrigerant inlet 37 is canceled by the valve element 29 and the cylindrical pressure receiving member 33. The valve element 29 is energized in the valve closing direction by a spring 30 and is made receive an evaporator inlet pressure Px in the valve closing direction, and the pressure receiving member 33 is made receive the evaporator outlet pressure Pe in the valve opening direction. Due to this configuration, when current is not carried in a solenoid 42, the valve element 29 is seated on the valve seat 28 by the spring 30 and closed, and when current is carried, control is performed to make a pressure difference (Px-Pe) constant by valve lift set by the solenoid 42.
