PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a test bottle which can be easily detected while the function of testing a bottle detecting machine is performed, and to provide a labelling apparatus which can surely and easily detect such the test bottle. SOLUTION: The test bottle 1 is used for testing bottle detecting apparatuses 3 and 5, and a fluorescent substance emitting fluorescence when it is irradiated with UV rays is provided on the outer surface of the bottle. The pasting apparatus 6 for pasting a label on the bottle filled with a liquid includes a bottle conveying mechanism 63 for conveying the bottle along a conveying passage while the bottle is rotated on its own axis and revolved around the center, and label pasting mechanisms 62 and 62' for pasting the label by pressing the label on the bottle conveyed by the bottle conveying mechanism 63. The pasting apparatus 6 furthermore includes a sensor 61 for detecting the fluorescent substance added on the test bottle 1 conveyed on the conveying passage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
