摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lithium-iron-phosphorus compound oxide-carbon composite by which composition adjustment of Li, Fe and P of the lithium-iron-phosphorus compound oxide is easy and single-phase LiFePO<SB>4</SB>is obtained in X-ray diffraction analysis, and excellent battery performance can be imparted to a lithium secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the lithium-iron-phosphorus compound oxide-carbon composite includes: a first step of obtaining a coprecipitate containing lithium, iron and phosphorus by adding a solution (B) containing lithium ions to a solution (C) containing lithium ions and phosphoric ions while adding a solution (A) containing divalent iron ions; a second step of obtaining a firing material mixture by mixing the coprecipitate and a conductive carbon material; and a third step of obtaining a lithium-iron-phosphorus compound oxide-carbon composite by firing the firing material mixture in an inert gas atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
