PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin disk apparatus which prevents loud mechanical noise when a turntable and a clamper are adsorbed to or detached from each other. SOLUTION: A clamper holder 4 loosely fitting the clamper 2, a magnet 6e and a yoke 2c are respectively arranged in the turntable 6 and the clamper 2 which rotate together to hold the disk 8. Three engaging parts 4b, 4c, 4c are formed inside of a hole 4a bored in the clamper holder 4 while projecting inward and engage with the clamper 2. One leaf spring 4d is formed inside the hole 4a while projecting inward and holds the clamper 2 with the engaging part 4b at a position facing the turntable 6. The engaging part 4b has a level difference between itself and the engaging parts 4c with respect to the clamper holder 4. Thus, the clamper 2 engages with the engaging parts 4c while being inclined from the position facing the turntable 6 against the biasing force of the leaf spring 4d by the attracting force of the magnet 6e and the yoke 2c.
