The controller 514 controls while distinguishing the operation mode for driving the motors 40, 41, 42 by validating the operation commands and the stop mode for stopping the motors 40, 41, 42 despite the presence or absence of the operation commands. The lighting condition of the LED 29 is switched in the operation mode and the stop mode.
