GAS MIXING DEVICE AND SYNTHETIC GAS MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas mixing device capable of safely mixing a combustible gas containing methane or the like for example and a combustion supporting gas such as an oxygen-containing gas and to provide a synthetic gas manufacturing device using the device.

SOLUTION: The combustible gas containing the methane or the like is supplied from a first gas supplying part 22a and the combustion supporting gas such as the oxygen-containing gas is supplied from a second gas supplying part 22b into the inside of a mixing vessel 20 respectively, and these gases are mixed within a combustion range in the vessel 20 and extracted from an extracting part 24. Fillers 31-33 for forming many narrow gas passages in the mixing vessel 20 are filled in the mixing vessel 20 so that a flow rate of a mixed gas flowing in the mixing vessel 20 becomes larger than a combustion rate of the combustible gas and the combustion supporting gas.
