PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension apparatus without hindering operation and the function of a pneumatic gripping device, particularly, a suction cup. SOLUTION: This suspension apparatus includes a fixed support body 11, a tubular rod 12 movable in the axial direction in the support body, and a return spring 13 between the support body and the rod. This tubular rod 12 is introduced to the support body 11 by intervention of a slide jacket 20 in combination with seals 16 and 19 provided for preventing an entrance of air from outside, when a suction/depression apparatus is connected to the support body for operating a pneumatic gripping device.
