PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize work operation of a work device by improving control in an electric motor, in an electrically driven work vehicle for driving the work device by a hydraulic pump, by driving the hydraulic pump by the electric motor. SOLUTION: This electrically driven garbage collecting car has a control device for stopping and controlling the electric motor or restraining and controlling an increase in a rotating speed, by generating starting torque in the inverse direction of its rotating direction to the rotating electric motor 10 based on the rotating speed N of the electric motor 10.
