<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save time and effort for designing image processing sequence in an imaging device. <P>SOLUTION: A portable telephone with a camera 2 includes first and second cameras 18, 19 arranged with a predetermined space. Each camera 18, 19 is held pivotally between a first position where imaging lenses 30, 31 are turned to a photographing person, and a second position facing the first position where the imaging lenses 30, 31 are turned to an imaging object. In a portable telephone 2 with the camera, image data and pivotal position of each camera 18, 19 are associated in relation and recorded and these are transmitted to an external apparatus such as a personal computer.
