摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an aerator for feeding compressed air to an rising pipe connected to a surfacing tub opened to the atmospheric air, for forcibly circulating the water of a deep layer part to a surface layer by the air, for dissolving a large amount of oxygen in the water during the time and for returning the water whose quality is improved to the deep layer part through a lowering pipe connected to the surfacing tube. <P>SOLUTION: One floatation tank 1 opened to the atmospheric air is floated to a water surface by a plurality of floats 2 and 2 and one rising pipe 3 is connected to the center of the floatation tank 1. Further, three lowering pipes 4 are arranged to one rising pipe 3, and all the upper ends are connected to the floatation tank 1. The rising pipe 3 and the lowering pipes 4 are flexible pipes which are made of a synthetic resin and are not to be extended or contracted. By this invention, when the compressed air is fed into the rising pipe 3, air is jetted from many small holes formed on an air diffusing pipe 6 inside the rising pipe 3 and a rising flow is generated inside the rising pipe 3. By the rising flow by the aeration A that air bubbles rise in the water, the water of the deep layer part rises to the floatation tank 1 surfacing to the water surface WL. Then, the water of the deep layer part which rises to the floatation tank 1 flows inside the lowering pipes 4 and is returned to the deep layer part.
