COLORING, COLORING PICTURE PRODUCING DEVICE, COLORING PICTURE PRODUCING METHOD, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coloring picture to be colored by referring to a tendency of a color of an original image only with a coloring image. SOLUTION: A coloring picture with water color effect 10 includes an original image color region 16 formed by a color based on an original image in a predetermined range adjacent to a line segment region 12 and a blank region 14 adjacent to the original image color region 16. The line segment region 12 formed in gray that is an achromatic color with high luminance, and the original image color region 16 formed in a chromatic color and with higher luminance than the line segment region 12 generates a water color effect that is one of the optical illusions so that a light color spreads out in a region in contact with a light-colored line of the regions divided by a two-color line and it seems to have a similar color to the original image as a whole even when the blank region 14 is not colored. The original image color region 16 is as narrow as the line segment region 12 so that the image can be colored in a color different from the original image without regard to the color.
