<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that difference is generated in thickness of a liquid crystal layer, a desired value of λ/4 is not obtained and particularly contrast of black display is deteriorated in a reflection region particularly in a transflective liquid crystal display panel since layer thicknesses of color filters of R, G, and B are not of the same thickness because of colpr adjustmemt. <P>SOLUTION: The transflective liquid crystal display panel is characterized in that color filter layers of three colors R, G, and B are disposed on a first substrate corresponding to a transmission region while colors are changed for every sub pixel and a monochrome color filter layer, a multi gap or a retardation layer is disposed on the first substrate corresponding to a reflection region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
