摘要 A skew compensation circuit of a semiconductor memory device is provided to reduce a process time and a cost by controlling a delay time without revision. A skew compensation circuit of a semiconductor memory device includes a control signal generation unit(100) and a skew compensation unit(200). The control signal generation unit generates a control signal(CTRL) in response to a fuse signal generated according to a cutting state of a fuse. The skew compensation unit generates a plurality of delay signals by delaying input signals(IN) in different time units. The skew compensation unit outputs selectively one of the delay signals as a skew compensation signal(Skew_COMS) in response to the control signal.
