PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant sheet and deodorant which are excellent in removal performance of aldehyde kind, such as acetaldehyde, that can reduce secondary smell generation and have flame-retardant. SOLUTION: In the deodorant, at least on the surface of fiber of a fiber sheet, a deodorant sheet which has a flame-retardant having inorganic particles, acid hydrazide, and an amino group, and a flame retardant having the inorganic particles, the acid hydrazide, and the amino group are carried.
