PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and safe laser puncture device which can sample blood stably with less pain when punctured. SOLUTION: The laser puncture device for puncturing the skin by irradiating the skin with laser beam is provided with at least a laser oscillator and a condenser lens of the laser beam oscillated by the laser oscillator. The compact and safe laser puncture device which can sample blood stably with less pain when puncturing is obtained by allowing the laser beam to be focused between the skin surface and the condenser lens.
