An assistant for abduction of shoulder joint is provided, which solidly fixes the shoulder in the articulation injury of shoulder and controls the abduction angle of shoulder according to the treating period. An assistant for abduction of shoulder joint comprises: an arm rest(200) worn on the shoulder; an arm protector(300) making the arm fixed in the state that the arm is supported by the arm rest; a shoulder mount(400) in which the arm protector is supported in the fixed location; and a waist fixing member which is equipped in the arm rest in order to connect the front and rear of the arm rest and is connected to the inside of the waistband.
