An E-commerce broker service method and a system thereof are provided to configure voice yellow pages for each region, and to enable members of a particular group or a particular region to do E-commerce easily by accessing a corresponding yellow page through a telephone. Member telephone terminals(T1~Tn) of each group access through a PSTN network. A PBX/IVR(10) performs general call connection and listener statistics/access statistics through the PSTN network, and processes extension distribution. A web server(60) carries out service subscription or registration procedures of groups and registered stores. Consultant terminals(80a~80n) of the registered stores process telephone ordering and consulting in connection with calls that pass through the PBX/IVR. |
