A power supply and electronic equipment including power supply are provided to have no input voltage dependency, to embody the excellent output feedback control in answerability and to suppress the rush current in moving. An electronic equipment comprises a battery(10), a DC/DC converter(20) and a TFT liquid crystal panel(30). The battery is the device power. The DC/DC converter is the output converter of the battery. The TFT liquid crystal panel is the display of the mobile phone. The DC/DC converter generates the fixed output voltage(Vout) from the input voltage(Vin) applied from the battery and supplies the output voltage to the TFT liquid crystal panel. The DC/DC converter is a chopper regulator which is comprised of a switching power IC, an outer coil, a condenser and a resistor.
