A heat pipe, a manufacturing method thereof and a radiator are provided to minimize the failure rate of a heat pipe due to welding heat by minimizing welding between pipes and upper and lower covers. A cylindrical pipe(110) is formed with a screw part(111) on an outer peripheral part at an upper end. A hemispherical lower cover(130) is fixed at an opened lower end of the pipe. An upper cover(120) is screw-coupled with the screw part of the pipe at a supporting base and includes a protrusion part(121) formed outside an upper surface, an injection hole(122) formed in the center of the protrusion part, and a screw part(123) formed on an inner peripheral part. |
