An outside mirror is temporarily mounted on a vehicle body by itself so that assembly work is facilitated and the cost is reduced, and the outside mirror has no hole on the base pad so that the noise due to the air flow is prevented. An outside mirror comprises a vehicle body panel(100) in which a hole(110) is formed, a base pad(200) in which boots(210) protrudes to be inserted into the hole, and a base boss(300) inserted into the boots of the base pad. The base pad is made of elastic material to have variable shape. Both ends of the boots have corrugated parts so that the boots are easy to deform.
