PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means enabling to easily form a polymer web having a desired shape and a desired pattern, in an electrodeposition method. SOLUTION: An electrodeposition apparatus is used for applying a voltage between a raw material liquid-supplying portion and a scattered raw material-receiving portion to form an electric field between both the portions, and supplying a raw material liquid from the raw material liquid-supplying portion to the scattered raw material-receiving portion to form a structure on the raw material-receiving portion. This apparatus further has a space electric scattered-changeable means capable of changing the electric field formed in a space between both the portions. Thus, the scattered direction and/or flying range of the flied raw material from the raw material liquid-supplying portion to the scattered raw material-receiving portion can be changed.
