PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stencil two-sided printing device capable of maintaining the compact dimension in the paper sheet conveying direction of the device, and efficiently performing the two-sided printing of a large number of printing paper sheets. SOLUTION: In the stencil two-sided printing device, a pair of printing units 11, 12 for holding printing paper sheets P and forming an image on surfaces of print cylinder sides are provided on image forming units A1, A2 formed between printing print cylinders 11a, 12a and press rollers 11b, 12b. The print cylinders 11a, 12a are arranged on one surface side with respect to the surface connecting the image forming units A1, A2 of the printing units 11, 12, and first and second two switch-back type inversion paths 21, 22 for inverting the printing paper sheets P printed by the printing unit 11 on the upstream conveying side and feeding it to the printing unit 12 on the downstream conveying side are provided on the other surface side. Preferably, one inversion path 21 is constituted to be substantially straight, and the other inversion path 22 is constituted in a U-shape so as to surround one inversion path 21.
