PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding type work machine equipped with a rotation interlocking controller capable of planting seedlings at appropriate positions even in multiple row planting such as eight row planting. SOLUTION: A traveling distance detecting means 205 is provided for detecting a traveling distance of a traveling vehicle body 2 coupled with a work device 4. When the traveling distance during turning reaches a predetermined value, a buzzer 186 sounds and a steering wheel 34 of the traveling vehicle body 2 is operated to turn 90 degrees, for example. Further, when the traveling distance reaches the predetermined value, the buzzer 186 is sounded again, and the steering handle 34 of the traveling vehicle body 2 is made operable to turn 90 degrees again, for example. This becomes a guide of a steering operation for an operator, and turning can be performed in a desired traveling path. Even in the riding type work machine for multiple row planting such as eight row planting, turning in a farm field is made possible without the risk of planting seedlings in a state of a portion being overlapped with a planting row planted the previous time.
